HBO has released the first full trailer for the tennis mockumentary 7 Days in Hell, which spotlights Andy Samberg and the most recent Game of Thrones star, Kit Harrington, as legendary tennis greats, battling it out for the Wimbledon title in a match that turns out to be the longest of all time — actually 11 hours and five minutes, over the course of three days.
Samberg plays McEnroe-esque bad boy Aaron Williams, who "does not play country club tennis," and happens to be Serena Williams's adopted brother. "It was a reverse Blind Side," Williams says in a mock interview. "You know, a rich white family gets a black kid and makes him play football. Well, we flipped it. My dad, he got a white boy and made him play tennis." Harington is dumb British jock superstar Charles Poole, who trains on an elliptical machine in his attempts to bring the Wimbledon trophy back to England for the first time since the '30s.
The 45-minute mockumentary also features an array of mullets, epic tennis grunts, and appearances from Lena Dunham, John McEnroe, Fred Armisen, and Soledad O'Brien. It will premiere on HBO Go on July 8, and air on HBO July 11.
